As a fifth-generation Charlottean, Catie brings a rare depth of local knowledge and genuine passion to every client relationship. Having grown up in Charlotte, she knows the city's neighborhoods, culture, and community and has seen firsthand how much the city has evolved over the years.

Before returning home in 2020, Catie spent six years in New York in the Chairman's Office at Bloomberg, followed by five years at World 50. Those experiences honed her analytical skills, clear communication, and ability to navigate high-stakes decisions - all of which she now brings to every transaction, whether buying or selling.

Catie is excited to start a new chapter working alongside her sister, Mary Cameron Brown, to build a real estate practice rooted in trust, expertise, and personal service. Known for her attention to detail and warm communication style, she is committed to making clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every step of the process.

A graduate of Charlotte Latin School and Auburn University, Catie and her husband, Marshall, are raising their three young children in the SouthPark area. She is an active member of Myers Park Presbyterian Church, where she serves on the Weekday School Board and chairs the Young Families Committee.
